Refer to Note-10, 'Current Liabilities and Provision', for the subsidiary, BDT 40,100,000 was reported as 'Deposit against share by holding company' in the financial year 2020-21, which was transferred as a liability with the holding company in Note-10 'Current Liabilities and Provision' during the year.
