The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to appoint M/S. Shiraz Khan Basak & Co, Chartered Accountants as an Auditor to conduct performance evaluation audit for the period from July 01, 2022 to December 31, 2022 of the Company. The Board of Directors has further decided to set up a production line to produce "Puffed Rice/Muri" under the name of "Fuwang Muri" at an existing factory premises located at Bokran, Gazipur.
