The auditor of the Fu Wang Food Ltd. has given the "Qualified Opinion" and "Emphasis of Matter" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the period ended 31 December 2022. "Basis for Qualified Opinion: i. Refer to note-16, Payable for WPPF and Welfare Fund of BDT 19,719,400, as per section-234 of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006, a company is to pay 5% of net profit of the year within 9 months of following the close of year (cont.1)
