FUWANGFOOD Corporate Disclosure — 13 March 2023

(Continuation news of FUWANGFOOD): at the proportion of 80:10:10 to the participatory Fund, Welfare fund and workers Welfare Foundation Fund respectively. The company has not made any payment against Workers Profit Participation Fund (WPPF) during the period from the payable balance as at 30 June 2022. Management also stated that since the inception of WPPF, no payment was made to the Workers Welfare Foundation Fund. (cont.2)
