(Continuation news of FUWANGFOOD): of the company listed with any stock exchange shall all time jointly hold minimum 30% (thirty percent) shares of the paid-up capital of the company. Whereas as at 31 December 2022, sponsor shareholders at the company holds only 7.85% of the total paid-up capital. The company informed that the compliance of the notification is in process.
