(Continuation news of FUWANGFOOD): Consequently, the resulting deferred tax expenses and liability has hit the holding company only. v. As per section 99 of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 (as amended in 2015) for an establishment with 100 permanent workers the employer is to arrange group insurance for its employee. The company has not introduced any group insurance for its employees; a non-compliance of the Bangladesh Labor Act." (end)
