The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the Board meeting under Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on November 11, 2024 at 3:00 PM instead of October 28, 2024 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2024.
