GBBPOWER Corporate Disclosure — 4 February 2018

The Company has informed that the Arbitral Tribunal of Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission has disposed of the Litigation between GBB Power Limited & Pashchimanchal Gas Company (PGCL) on January 10, 2018 vide Order No. 1(1)/2015 which states the following: 1) The Claim on HHV by PGCL (Tk. 14,70,52,080.00) should be paid by GBB Power Limited in 20 equal installments; 2) interest on late payment of the bills (except between 28.10.2009 to 10.01.2018) to be paid (cont.)
