Rafiqul Islam, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has further reported that he has completed transfer of his entire holding of 64,53,358 shares of the Company to his spouse Shamim Ara Islam (21,82,523 shares) and his daughter Rafsana Rafique (42,70,835 shares), both are Sponsors/Directors of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as announced earlier.
