Fauzul Akbar, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has further reported that he has completed transfer of his entire holding of 70,75,948 shares of the Company to his spouse Rezina Akbar (40,03,158 shares) and his son Mohammed Taifur Hossain (30,72,790 shares), both are Sponsors/Directors of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as announced earlier.
