Fauzul Akbar, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer his entire holding of 70,75,948 shares of the Company to his spouse Rezina Akbar (40,03,158 shares) and his son Mohammed Taifur Hossain (30,72,790 shares), both are Sponsors/Directors of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
