Rafiqul Islam, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer his entire holding of 64,53,358 shares of the Company to his spouse Shamim Ara Islam (21,82,523 shares) and his daughter Rafsana Rafique (42,70,835 shares), both are Sponsors/Directors of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
