GBB Limited, one of the Corporate Sponsors of the Company, has expressed its intention to sell 81,10,000 shares out of its total holdings of 14,602,690 shares while Shamim Ara Islam, Rintia Nazim and Mohammed Taifur Hossain, all are Directors of the Company, have expressed their intention to buy 20,27,500 shares, 20,27,500 shares and 40,55,000 shares respectively at prevailing market price (In Public/Block Market) through Stock Exchange within next 30 working days.
