Rafiqul Islam, one of the Directors of the Company, has further reported that he has completed his transfer of 33,72,538 shares of the Company to his wife Shamim Ara Islam (16,86,269 shares) and daughter Rintia Nazim (16,86,269 shares), both are nominated Directors of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as announced earlier.
