Rafiqul Islam, one of the Directors of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer total 33,72,538 shares out of his total holding of 89,84,154 shares of the Company to his wife Shamim Ara Islam (16,86,269 shares) and daughter Rintia Nazim (16,86,269 shares), both are nominated Directors of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within next 30 working days from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE.
