The company has informed that it was instructed by BPDB to shut-down the plant, as per the expiry of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) of GBBPL 20±10% MW Natural Gas Fired power plant on June 16, 2023. The Company has applied for extension of the Contract for Supply of Electricity to the Power Division of the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources (MPEMR) on January 11, 2023 which is under active consideration.
