GBBPOWER Corporate Disclosure — 27 January 2026

The company has informed that a Power Purchase Contract (PPC) has been signed between Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) and Consortium of Fiber@Home and GBB Power Limited, on 25 January, 2026, for Installation of 18 MW(AC) Solar Power Plant near Hathazari 230/132/33 KV Grid Substation, Chattogram and Supply of Electrical Energy. The supply of Electrical Energy to the Grid will commence within the next 24 months from the contract signing date.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, চট্টগ্রামের হাটহাজারী ২৩০/১৩২/৩৩ কেভি গ্রিড সাবস্টেশনের কাছে ১৮ মেগাওয়াট (এসি) সৌর বিদ্যুৎ কেন্দ্র স্থাপন এবং বৈদ্যুতিক শক্তি সরবরাহের জন্য বাংলাদেশ বিদ্যুৎ উন্নয়ন বোর্ড (বিপিডিবি) এবং ফাইবার@হোম এবং জিবিবি পাওয়ার লিমিটেডের কনসোর্টিয়ামের মধ্যে ২৫ জানুয়ারী, ২০২৬ তারিখে একটি বিদ্যুৎ ক্রয় চুক্তি (পিপিসি) স্বাক্ষরিত হয়েছে। চুক্তি স্বাক্ষরের তারিখ থেকে পরবর্তী ২৪ মাসের মধ্যে গ্রিডে বৈদ্যুতিক শক্তি সরবরাহ শুরু হবে।
