The auditor of Gemini Sea Food Ltd has given the following "Qualified Opinion" paragraph in the audit report of the Company prepared for the year ended on June 30, 2020. Qualified Opinion: i) Inventories: The volume of inventories is so high in comparison to purchase, production capacity, cost of goods sold and turnover as a whole and has been increasing years to year.
