The Company has informed that it has credited the Bonus shares to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts on October 04, 2016 for year ended June 2016. The Company has also disbursed Cash dividend through BEFTN to the respective Bank Accounts and dispatched Dividend Warrants to the respective shareholders' address. If any shareholder failed to receive Dividend Warrant is advised to collect the same from the share department of the Corporate & Registered office of the Company after November 15, 2016.
