(Continuation news of GEMINISEA):According to the BSEC Directive Dated April 27, 2016, the closing of accounts of the Company to be reduced to 3 months which stands now 9 months period i.e. ending on June 30, 2016 instead of earlier closing September 30, 2016. Thus, the forthcoming AGM of the Company may be held in the month of September instead of December, 2016. (end)
