The Company has informed that a total of 3,320 shares of Late Nazera Begum, a Sponsor shareholder of the company, has been transmitted to her successors (daughters and sons) in the following manner according to the Succession Certificate issued by the Honorable Court: (1) 474 shares to Ameenah Ahmed, (2) 474 shares to Taheerah Haq, (3) 474 shares to Ameerah Haq, (4) 949 shares to Rizwanul Haq and (5) 949 shares to Ihsanul Haq.
