GEMINISEA 75% Stock Dividend

The Boad of Directors of the company has taken the following decisions regarding issuance of right shares: Proposed Rights Shares: 02[R]:01, [i.e. 02 (two). Right Shares for every 01 (one) existing ordinary Share held] at an issue price of Tk. 60.00 each including a premium of Tk. 50.00 per Share based on the financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2023 (after considering of 75% Stock dividend for the year ended 30 June 2023) (cont.1)

কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ রাইট শেয়ার ইস্যু করার বিষয়ে নিম্নলিখিত সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে: প্রস্তাবিত রাইটস শেয়ার: 02[R]:01, [অর্থাৎ 02 (দুই)। প্রতি 01 (এক) বিদ্যমান সাধারণ শেয়ারের জন্য অধিকার শেয়ার] টাকা ইস্যু মূল্যে। 60.00 টাকা প্রিমিয়াম সহ প্রতিটি। 31 ডিসেম্বর 2023 সমাপ্ত সময়ের জন্য আর্থিক বিবরণীর উপর ভিত্তি করে শেয়ার প্রতি 50.00 (30 জুন 2023 সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য 75% স্টক লভ্যাংশ বিবেচনা করার পরে) (চলবে 1)
