GEMINISEA 7.5% Cash Dividend

(Continuation news of GEMINISEA): considered as 7.50% Cash Dividend only and it will be placed before the Shareholders in the ensuing AGM of the Company for their decision. It may be noted that the record date which was fixed on 5 December, 2024 is applicable for entitlement of 7.50% of Cash Dividend only. The Company will take necessary steps for Stock Dividend subject to getting decision from the BSEC. (end)
