GENEXIL Corporate Disclosure — 13 September 2022

The Company has informed that Board of Directors has approved an Agreement with Standard Chartered Bank, Bangladesh. Under this agreement, the company will work as a strategic partner, assisting the Bank with engaging a wider client-base & scaling up its distribution network, efficiently reaching new client segments and thereby delivering world-class banking products and services to a broader customer group. From this project, the company is expected to generate approximately BDT 6 crore revenue per year.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে বোর্ড অফ ডিরেক্টরস স্ট্যান্ডার্ড চার্টার্ড ব্যাংক, বাংলাদেশের সাথে একটি চুক্তি অনুমোদন করেছে। এই চুক্তির অধীনে, কোম্পানিটি একটি কৌশলগত অংশীদার হিসাবে কাজ করবে, একটি বৃহত্তর ক্লায়েন্ট-বেসকে যুক্ত করতে এবং তার বিতরণ নেটওয়ার্ককে স্কেল করতে, দক্ষতার সাথে নতুন ক্লায়েন্ট বিভাগে পৌঁছাতে এবং এর ফলে একটি বৃহত্তর গ্রাহক গোষ্ঠীর কাছে বিশ্ব-মানের ব্যাঙ্কিং পণ্য ও পরিষেবা সরবরাহ করতে সহায়তা করবে। . এই প্রকল্প থেকে কোম্পানিটি বছরে প্রায় ৬ কোটি টাকা রাজস্ব আয় করবে বলে আশা করা হচ্ছে।
