(Continuation news of GENEXIL): The Company has reported Consolidated EPS of Tk. 3.36, Consolidated NAV per share of Tk. 16.53 and Consolidated NOCFPS of Tk. 5.08 for the year ended June 30, 2022 as against Tk. 2.93, Tk. 18.22 and Tk. 4.82 respectively for the same period of the previous year. Reasons for declaration of Bonus Share: a) Bonus Shares have been recommended in view to utilize its retained amount as capital for further business expansion. (cont. 2)
