The Company has further informed that, due to unavoidable circumstances, the Board meeting under LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on October 28, 2023 at 12:00 PM instead of October 23, 2023 at 4:30 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2023.
