(Cont. news of GENEXIL): The Board of Directors has also decided to issue secured, partially convertible and redeemable bond of TK. 150.00 crore for 5 years through private offer to partially repay existing bank loans and expansion of business of the company subject to approval from the shareholders of the company and Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission. The coupon rate of this partially convertible Bond shall be floating on semi-annual basis. (end)
