(Cont. news of GENNEXT): The Director also reported that the Chairman and Managing Director of the company remain out of contact and may be out of the country. In the absence of the Chairman, Managing Director, and other Directors, the company is facing the following problems: a) Unable to make decisions in BoD meetings due to an incomplete quorum. b) Unable to conduct banking transactions due to the absence of signing authority.
