The Board of Directors has recommended 10% Stock Dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2018. The Board has also decided to increase the Authorized Capital of the Company from Tk. 200.00 Crore to Tk. 250.00 Crore by amending Clause "V" of the Memorandum of Association and Clause -5 of the Articles of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the AGM.
