The Company has informed that BSEC has accorded consent under the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Commission (Private Placement of Debt Securities) Rules, 2012, to Golden Harvest Agro Industries Limited for issuance of 50 Fully Redeemable, Non-Convertible, Unsecured, Corporate Bond of Tk. 50.00 crore only through private Placement to other than existing shareholders of the Company. The purpose of the proposed bond is to expand of Business.
