GHAIL Corporate Disclosure — 29 August 2022

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 09.03.2021 regarding decision to invest into the fast rising E-commerce sector and another news on 16.08.2021 regarding inauguration of e-commerce business, the Company has further informed that due to the unstable economic outlook of the country the Board decided it would not be prudent to move forward with the planned investment in e-commerce platform and also decided not to proceed with the investment.

দ্রুত ক্রমবর্ধমান ই-কমার্স সেক্টরে বিনিয়োগের সিদ্ধান্ত সম্পর্কে 09.03.2021 তারিখে ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্বের সংবাদ এবং 16.08.2021 ই-কমার্স ব্যবসার উদ্বোধন সংক্রান্ত আরেকটি সংবাদ পড়ুন, কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে অস্থির অর্থনৈতিক কারণে দেশের দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি বোর্ড সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে যে ই-কমার্স প্ল্যাটফর্মে পরিকল্পিত বিনিয়োগের সাথে এগিয়ে যাওয়া বুদ্ধিমান হবে না এবং বিনিয়োগের সাথে এগিয়ে না যাওয়ারও সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে।
