GHAIL Corporate Disclosure — 10 December 2025

Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the transfer of total 9,000,000 shares of Golden Harvest Agro Industries Limited of Mr. Ahmed Rajeeb Samdani, a sponsor director of the company to IPDC Finance PLC. (the transferee) within 30 working days with effect from December 10, 2025 outside the trading system of the Exchange other than by way of gift under Regulation 47 (1)(d) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015 as well as other applicable laws.

ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ পিএলসি (ডিএসই) কোম্পানির স্পন্সর ডিরেক্টর জনাব আহমেদ রাজীব সামদানীর গোল্ডেন হারভেস্ট অ্যাগ্রো ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ লিমিটেডের মোট ৯০,০০,০০০ শেয়ার আইপিডিসি ফাইন্যান্স পিএলসিতে (স্থানান্তরকারী) ৩০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে স্থানান্তরের অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। ১০ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৫ থেকে এটি এক্সচেঞ্জের ট্রেডিং সিস্টেমের বাইরে ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধান, ২০১৫ এর ৪৭ (১)(ডি) এবং অন্যান্য প্রযোজ্য আইনের অধীনে উপহারের মাধ্যমে ব্যতীত অন্য কোনও উপায়ে হস্তান্তর করা হবে।
