The company has informed the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on May 18, 2024 has approved and accepted the revaluation report of the company's 1,028 decimals of freehold land at Hasnabad, Keranigonj, Dhaka. This revaluation was based on the unaudited financial statements of the company as of March 31, 2024. The revaluation was conducted by S. F. Ahmed & Co., Chartered Accountants.
