GHCL Corporate Disclosure — 31 October 2024

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 15.10.2024 regarding temporary shutdown of company's factory at Hasnabad, Keraniganj, the company has further informed that they are going to start the operation from 31st October, 2024 in limited scale for a few units, which are not related with gas supply. The company also informed that it has paid all the compensation to the factory workers and staff, as per labor law, who left the company because of temporary shutdown.

কেরানীগঞ্জের হাসনাবাদে কোম্পানির কারখানা সাময়িকভাবে বন্ধ করার বিষয়ে 15.10.2024 তারিখে ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্বের সংবাদটি পড়ুন, কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে তারা 31শে অক্টোবর, 2024 থেকে কয়েকটি ইউনিটের জন্য সীমিত পরিসরে কার্যক্রম শুরু করতে যাচ্ছে, যা গ্যাস সরবরাহের সাথে সম্পর্কিত নয়। সংস্থাটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে এটি কারখানার শ্রমিক এবং কর্মীদের শ্রম আইন অনুসারে সমস্ত ক্ষতিপূরণ দিয়েছে, যারা সাময়িক বন্ধের কারণে সংস্থা ছেড়েছিল।
