GIB Corporate Disclosure — 26 July 2023

(Continuation news of GIB): Reasons for deviation: NAVPS increased compared to the same period of last year due to paid up capital raised by BDT 425.00 crore through IPO. Although operating profit decreased by BDT 66.20 crore, total provision decreased by the amount of BDT 62.65 crore and provision for income tax also decreased by BDT 26.21 crore for the period ended June 30, 2023 compared to the same period of last year. (জিআইবির ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): বিচ্যুতির কারণ: আইপিওর মাধ্যমে পরিশোধিত মূলধন 425.00 কোটি টাকা বৃদ্ধির কারণে গত বছরের একই সময়ের তুলনায় NAVPS বেড়েছে। যদিও পরিচালন মুনাফা 66.20 কোটি টাকা কমেছে, মোট বিধান 62.65 কোটি টাকা কমেছে এবং আয়করের বিধানও গত বছরের একই সময়ের তুলনায় 30 জুন, 2023 তারিখে শেষ হওয়া সময়ের জন্য 26.21 কোটি টাকা কমেছে। (চলমান 2)
