GIB Corporate Disclosure — 29 April 2025

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on April 29, 2025 at 3:00 PM as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended March 31, 2025, has been postponed.

কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতির কারণে, ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (তালিকাভুক্তি) প্রবিধান, ২০১৫ এর প্রবিধান ১৬(১) অনুসারে, ৩১ মার্চ, ২০২৫ তারিখে সমাপ্ত প্রথম প্রান্তিকের (Q1) সময়ের জন্য কোম্পানির অ-নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক প্রতিবেদন বিবেচনা করার জন্য ২৯ এপ্রিল, ২০২৫ তারিখে বিকাল ৩:০০ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার কথা ছিল। সভাটি স্থগিত করা হয়েছে।
