GIB 5% Stock Dividend

(cont. news of GIB): for the year 2023, in substitution of the 5% Stock Dividend and 5% Cash Dividend previously recommended. This revised recommendation is subject to approval of the shareholders at the 11th AGM. It is to be noted that change of recommended dividend prior to the holding of the AGM is a non-compliance with the (cont.3)
