GIB Corporate Disclosure — 13 July 2025

(cont. news of GIB): the Company to rectify material errors with the previously adopted audited financials and based on the rectified financial statements, it was found that there was net loss for the year ending 2023 and resultant accumulated loss and considering the legal embargo from distributing dividends other than out of profits of the year or any other undistributed profits, the Board has resolved to place before the shareholders a recommendation of "No Dividend" (cont.2)

(জিআইবি-এর চলমান খবর): পূর্বে গৃহীত নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক প্রতিবেদনের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ত্রুটিগুলি সংশোধন করার জন্য এবং সংশোধিত আর্থিক বিবৃতির ভিত্তিতে, এটি পাওয়া গেছে যে ২০২৩ সালের সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য নিট লোকসান এবং ফলস্বরূপ পুঞ্জীভূত লোকসান ছিল এবং বছরের লাভ বা অন্য কোনও অবিতরিত লাভ ব্যতীত লভ্যাংশ বিতরণের উপর আইনি নিষেধাজ্ঞা বিবেচনা করে, বোর্ড শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের সামনে "কোন লভ্যাংশ নেই" (অনুচ্ছেদ ২) এর সুপারিশ পেশ করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে।
