Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 13.07.2025 the company has informed that the honorable Shareholders in the 11th Annual General Meeting (ACM) held on August 19, 2025 have considered and approved among others the Agenda No. 02 under Ordinary Business. Revocation of the total 10% Dividend: The honorable Shareholders in the 11th AGM 'REVOKED' the total dividend of 10% in combination of 5% cash and 5% stock dividend (cont.)
