(Continuation news of GLOBALINS): b) Gratuity Fund & WPPF: The Company yet to make any provision against gratuity fund for its employees. On the other also no provision has been made for WPPF, though the Company made payment during the year 2019 against provision of earlier years. c) COVID-19: Financial Statements of the Company shows the overall impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the Company's business and financial statements.
