However, the next course of actions will be taken against the company based on the decision from the High Court on the pending litigations that are currently running against the company. After the restoration of the bonded warehouse license, if the company further evades any customs or duties or if any irregularities are found against them or if required, as per normal course of law based on the previous cases, (cont. 7)
