(Continuation news of GOLDENSON):"The petitioners will be entitled to prefer an appeal before the concerned tribunal within a period of 90 days from the date of adjudication order dated 29.10.2017. The petitioner will also be entitled to conduct his business during the aforesaid period of 90 days, in accordance with law. Thereafter, the Customs Authority shall proceed in accordance with law."
