GOLDENSON Corporate Disclosure — 2 January 2023

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has assigned entity rating of the Company as "BBB3" in the long term, "ST-4" and "ST-1" (for fully covered facility) in the short term along with stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2022; bank liability position as of December 2022 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

ক্রেডিট রেটিং এজেন্সি অফ বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেড (CRAB) দীর্ঘমেয়াদে কোম্পানির সত্তা রেটিং "BBB3" হিসাবে নির্ধারণ করেছে, "ST-4" এবং "ST-1" (সম্পূর্ণ কভার সুবিধার জন্য) স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি সহ স্বল্প মেয়াদে। 30 জুন, 2022 পর্যন্ত নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতির উপর ভিত্তি করে; 2022 সালের ডিসেম্বর পর্যন্ত ব্যাঙ্কের দায়বদ্ধতার অবস্থান এবং রেটিং ঘোষণার তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত পাশাপাশি গুণগত তথ্য।
