GOLDENSON Announces Management Change

The company has informed that Mr. Md. Abdur Razzaque LL.M, ACS has resigned from the post of Company Secretary of Golden Son Limited. In this connection the recruitment process for the post of Company Secretary is under process. In this interim period before appointment of new Company Secretary Mr. Noor Mohammad will be Acting Company Secretary of the Company.

কোম্পানির পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয়েছে যে জনাব মোঃ আব্দুর রাজ্জাক এলএলএম, এসিএস গোল্ডেন সন লিমিটেডের কোম্পানি সচিব পদ থেকে পদত্যাগ করেছেন। এই প্রসঙ্গে কোম্পানি সচিব পদের জন্য নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া চলছে। নতুন কোম্পানি সচিব নিয়োগের আগে এই অন্তর্বর্তীকালীন সময়ে জনাব নূর মোহাম্মদ কোম্পানির ভারপ্রাপ্ত কোম্পানি সচিবের দায়িত্ব পালন করবেন।
