(Continuation news of GP): The errors in the audit-findings, the unprecedented long period covered by the audit (more than 20 years backwards), the inclusion of already settled/resolved items, the erroneous claim on behalf of third parties, the inclusion of sub-judice items in conjunction with the absence of merit based determination through any solution process create significant uncertainty about the validity of the demand and outcome of the dispute.
