(Continuation news of GP): replied against the demand requesting BTRC to withdraw the demand and to engage in discussions with a view to find an amicable resolution. On 12 May 2019, BTRC further directed Grameenphone to make the full payment without any further delay. On 20 June 2019, BTRC again asked Grameenphone to pay the full amount within 10 days. Thereafter, on 23 June 2019, as a legal recourse Grameenphone has served a notice of arbitration upon BTRC. (cont. 4)
