The Company has requested the shareholders, to update their Bank Accounts, Address, Mobile No. etc. through their respective DPs before the record date; the shareholders are requested to update their respective BO account with 12 digits e-TIN number through their respective DPs before the Record Date. If anyone fails to update their e-TIN in BO Account before the Record Date, disbursement of respective cash dividend will be subject to deduction of AIT @ 15% instead of 10% as per regulation.
