The Board of Directors has recommended interim cash dividend for the year 2016 at the rate of 85% of the paid up capital of the Company which represents 107% of the Profit after tax for the half year ended on 30th June, 2016 (Tk. 8.50 per share of Tk. 10.00 each), out of the provisional net profits of the Company for the Half year ended on 30th June 2016 and retained earnings as of 31st December 2015.
