The Company has informed that it has completed the disbursement of Final Cash Dividend of 2013 of the Company on April 10, 2014 to the general shareholders (except to a few NRB shareholders who have given foreign addresses) through BEFTN and online engaging 49 Banks. Handover of Dividend Notices to Courier companies for onward distribution to general shareholders at their respective addresses has been completed on April 10, 2014. Physical distribution of dividend warrants from Grameenphone share office to the general shareholders has been completed by April 10-13, 2014. Handover of undistributed dividend warrants to Courier companies for onward distribution to general shareholders at their respective addresses have been completed on April 13, 2014.
