GP Corporate Disclosure — 27 January 2022

(Continuation news of GP): the Hon'ble High Court Division (HCD) passed an Interim order of injunction restraining BTRC from taking any steps based on, or pursuant to, or for the realization of or enforcement of the Audit Demand dated 02 April 2019 and also stayed the suspension of NOCs by BTRC. Challenging the said interim order of stay and injunction, BTRC moved to the Hon'ble Appellate Division (AD), and on 24 November 2019, (cont.3)

(জিপির ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): মাননীয় হাইকোর্ট বিভাগ (এইচসিডি) 02 এপ্রিল তারিখের অডিট দাবির বাস্তবায়ন বা বাস্তবায়নের জন্য বা তার অনুসরণে বা বাস্তবায়নের জন্য BTRC-কে কোনো পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া থেকে বিরত রাখার অন্তর্বর্তীকালীন আদেশ জারি করেছে। 2019 এবং বিটিআরসি কর্তৃক এনওসি স্থগিতাদেশও স্থগিত করেছে। স্থগিতাদেশ ও নিষেধাজ্ঞার উল্লিখিত অন্তর্বর্তী আদেশকে চ্যালেঞ্জ করে, বিটিআরসি মাননীয় আপিল বিভাগে (এডি) চলে যায় এবং 24 নভেম্বর 2019 তারিখে (চলতি)
